The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, innovative and proactive. They enjoy hands-on involvement, collaborating with a team and the opportunity to apply their initiative and creative skills to a wide variety of projects including OOH, experiential, print, digital, social and presentation materials for multiple global brands.
Role responsibilities
- Collaborate with our fabulous in-house team of Producers, Directors, Copywriters and Animators
- Participate in brainstorming and ideation to develop creative concepts and solutions for pitches, proposals and design projects
- Develop and refine visual assets that align with the client's goals and design guidelines.
- Develop and refine visual assets for animators
- Ensure consistency of designs across various outputs
- Manage and organise design files to ensure efficient workflow
- Design and produce in-house marketing collateral
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends
- Capable of working and adapting within a fast paced environment
Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years experience in Graphic Design or related field
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Proven capability to produce original design concepts, and adapt to evolving trends and technologies.
- Proficient in Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Knowledge of Keynote, PowerPoint and Google Slides is an added advantage
- Strong communication and conceptual thinking skills
- A portfolio of work displaying a variety of design works, showcasing your creative flair, technical proficiency, and problem-solving aptitude in design.
- Skills in animation, storyboarding or other areas of Post Production would be a bonus.

Salary: £28,000 - £38,000 dependent on experience and skill
