What We Are Looking For:
- Personable and Friendly Demeanour Character – You’ll be meeting and speaking to C-Suite to Entry Level staff members. We want someone who is able to build a rapport with anyone easily.
- Ambitious & Hard Working Character – We want people who are keen to develop themselves, put in the effort and to get paid well for doing so.
- Resilient & Solutions Focused Nature – Recruitment can be a hard job, with lots of ups and downs. We need someone who if it is a bad day, is able to get back up and keep focused on how to turn around a bad situation, into a good one.
- Experience in a Permanent Recruitment Role in a medical related industry would be ideal (but not a deal breaker). Healthcare, MedTech, Medical Devices, Diagnostics and Life Sciences are our core focus.
