Job Description

Job Title: Family Solicitor (NQ to 3 years PQE) / Senior Solicitor (3 to 6 Years PQE)

Salary: Up to £38,000 + Bonuses (Solicitors) / Up to £48,000 + Bonuses (Senior Solicitors)

Location: Bristol City Centre (Hybrid - 1 office day per week, 4 days home based)

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:

Providing expert legal advice on new and ongoing legal matters in relation to private family law (Matrimonial & Private Children cases)
Discussing a range of queries with prospective and existing clients
Drafting various documentation and communications
Recording accurate information and auditing files
Undertaking various consultations and negotiations
Allocating administrative tasks as and when required

Application Criteria:

You will be a qualified solicitor, up to 6 years PQE
Previous experience in Private Family law is essential
Experience supervising junior colleagues preferred (if Senior Solicitor level)
Legal executive applications welcome
