Ranked Tier 1 in the Legal 500, this Corporate practice is known for delivering top-tier legal advice across a broad spectrum of corporate transactions.
An exciting opening has arisen for a Corporate PSL to play a key role in supporting the Corporate team, helping them stay at the forefront of legal developments and maintaining the firm’s reputation for excellence. Your responsibilities will include:
- Keeping the team updated on the latest developments in corporate law and best practices.
- Enhancing the internal precedent bank, best practice guides, and knowledge resources.
- Delivering regular training sessions to fee earners, covering both general corporate law and specialised areas.
- Producing articles and client bulletins, raising the firm's profile as a leading authority on corporate law.
- Collaborating with the Knowledge Management team to develop innovative client-facing tools and solutions, enhancing the firm’s client service offering.
