The role:
This top-tier practice is looking to appoint an Agricultural Litigation Associate 1+ years PQE or CILEX into their dispute resolution team based in Bristol.
You will be joining a highly experienced and industry-renowned agriculture team that has been providing specialist legal services to farming and rural affairs clients for many years, including some of the country's most high-profile landowners.
The practice is very broad and encompasses strategic advice, court and tribunal-based litigation, arbitration and mediations. There’s also the chance to get involved in related less-contentious work involving contractual agreements, farming structures and advice on partnerships and contentious trust and probate issues.
This role would suit someone who has experience in Real Estates disputes and/or Agriculture with the desire to diversify into this unique and vibrant area of law.
