A wellbeing beauty brand is looking for a passionate Supervisor to be based at their store in Liverpool St, London.
As Supervisor, you will need to provide exceptional customer experience that is welcoming, genuine and in line with the brand’s values.
Your key responsibilities:
- Have co-responsibility for the day to day running of a standalone store
- Drive forward sales and company objectives
- Assist the Store Manager with payroll, rotas, stocktakes, and reports
- Take full ownership of store and team in Store Manager’s absence
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Sharepoint and Google Drive
- Always provide the highest standard of customer service
- Work on initiative and be super proactive
- Lead by example and support your team with daily tasks
- Proactively identifying how you can contribute to the wellbeing of our planet, our colleagues, our community, and our customers
- Always maintain company standards
- Ensure the highest standards of housekeeping, cleanliness and visual merchandising are upheld
- Organise and support in store and field events to promote the brand whilst working with partnering businesses
- Training of current and new team members
- Taking responsibility for any Health & Safety issues that arise and ensure the correct action is appropriately taken
- Any other reasonable duties as requested by your Store Manager
Our ideal candidate has at least a year of experience leading a team, possibly in a supervisor or managerial role. Ideally, have retail experience in a health and beauty environment. Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and Sharepoint is essential. You’re able to juggle tasks with ease, take initiative, and proactively seek solutions. You are a leader who motivates their team daily and possesses the coaching skills to help them flourish.
A keen eye for detail ensures impeccable store presentation, while a commercial mindset allows you to identify opportunities that boost customer traffic.
