The Role:
We are seeking a talented and driven FP&A Analyst to play a critical role in shaping the financial direction of the business.
Reporting to an established Commercial Finance Leader, this role will focus on
Financial Planning & Analysis: Delivering detailed financial forecasts, budgeting, and reporting to drive business performance and decision-making.
M&A Support: Providing critical analysis and insights, particularly around integration following acquisitions.
Stakeholder Partnership: Working closely with key stakeholders across the business to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives
Collaborate with senior management to deliver timely and accurate financial reports and forecasts.
Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making around acquisitions and integrations.
Lead or support FP&A initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader business strategies.
Partner with operational and commercial teams to monitor and enhance financial performance.
The Requirements:
Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
Experience: 1-2 years of post-qualification experience in an FP&A role, ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment (ideally M&A integration)
Skills: Strong financial modelling, analysis, and forecasting skills, with the ability to work independently and think strategically.
Attributes: A self-starter with ambition, drive, and a passion for working in a challenging and rapidly changing environment.
Strong Preference: Experience in Private Equity/High Growth/Highly Acquisitive environment.
