About the Role
Working with the UK Commercial Director you will define and implement a strategy to acquire and develop new business. You will be responsible for developing, growing, and selling Crimtan’s advertising solutions to agencies and clients direct within the UK market. Comfortable building relationships with clients/agencies at senior level and creating high impact proposals that win business. Crimtan’s key verticals include: travel and tourism, Auto, retail/e-commerce, financial services, charitable organizations, real estate, b2b, lottery/gaming and education.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to UK Crimtan revenue and profitability goals
- Work with the Commercial Director to identify and establish new market opportunities and verticals
- Generate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Create and implement a targeted strategy to acquire, develop and grow new business and strategic clients/agencies within the UK market
- Work with marketing to deliver outbound sales strategies, by vertical
- Build strong-long term agency and client relationships at senior level
- On-board new agency and client relationships to Crimtan
- Negotiate contracts and deals to maximise revenue and profit
- Effectively collaborate cross-functionally with account management and client services teams to develop relevant advertising solutions for key clients, targets and agencies
- Contribute to client development plans for key strategic clients and relationships
- Deliver effective and best in class proposals, presentations and RFP responses
- Attend regular sales meetings and presentations with agencies and clients to discuss their strategy and how Crimtan can support it
- Deliver persuasive presentations that educate the market and demonstrate Crimtan’s value proposition
- Build, manage and maintain sales pipeline using Salesforce
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a quarterly basis
- Represent Crimtan at Industry events
Qualifications
8+ years overall sales experience in digital and programmatic advertising
Required Skills
You excel at selling complex programmatic advertising solutions to e-commerce & marketing teams at director-level and/or media agencies. Track record of prospecting and selling digital advertising solutions to agencies/clients direct. A strong understanding of the programmatic and adtech ecosystem. Self-motivated, positive achiever attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Team Player. Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint and Salesforce.
