Our client, an innovative and market leading design & build construction company are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team.
THE ROLE OF MARKETING MANAGER:
- Develop and execute a robust marketing strategy that aligns with corporate goals and leverages market opportunities to enhance competitive advantage.
- Oversee all marketing channels with a focus on optimising our digital footprint, including SEO, PPC, and social media strategies, alongside traditional marketing efforts.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of brand and marketing strategies with sales objectives and corporate goals, enhancing lead generation and customer engagement.
- Utilise data analytics to assess marketing effectiveness and recalibrate strategies as necessary to meet or exceed performance benchmarks.
- Manage high-performing marketing agencies, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and alignment with business objectives.
- Manage marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact and ROI.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THE MARKETING MANAGER ROLE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, ideally within the B2B, professional service or design industries.
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, agency management experience, coupled with strong digital marketing acumen and a track record of successful marketing campaign management.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with the capacity to influence at all organisational levels.
