The opportunity
This London firm is looking for a German-speaking project coordinator/administrator to join a passionate and committed team that focuses on providing assurance and management solutions to the international development and donor community.
As a project coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising projects over the full life cycle of assignments offered to the firm’s clients; from the proposal process, contract management with the client, and assignment planning, through to assisting with the report delivery, and ultimately billing the client.
This role offers great working flexibility with hybrid working (1 day a week in a central London office).
The ideal candidate
·At least two years’ experience in a project coordination role
Current Right to work in the UK
·Fluent in French is a must-have requirement
·Competent using MS Office
·Strong organisational and time management skills with ability to prioritise and multi-task
·Able to meet deadlines
·Good numeracy skills
·Able to work under pressure with accuracy and focus
·Good eye for detail and the ability to follow through tasks
