Senior Brand Manager - FMCG - Food
📍 Hybrid 3 days a week in the office ( plus flexible hours) -near Reading, Berkshire
Circa £62,000 plus generous bonus and car allowance

We’re looking for a highly talented and experienced marketer to play a lead in shaping and delivering our UK agenda. This role is all about passion and energy for brands and marketing, consumer centric thinking and drive.

Key requirements:
- At least 4 years marketing experience in a branded FMCG business
- Preferably educated to degree level, ideally with a business or marketing related degree
- A consumer first mind set in everything that you do, while always considering the implications of key decisions and actions on the retailer
- A desire to constantly raise the bar in everything you do with a hunger to constantly learn, develop and grow
- Able to interrogate a brand P&L, identifying issues and opportunities, making interventions at pace
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to constructively challenge, influence and persuade
