We are currently seeking an Engagement Manager / Programme Lead to join our UK team, supporting key accounts with a focus on using Assessments to define talent development. While this role allows for flexibility in location within the UK, it requires travel as needed to maintain close client relationships and ensure program success.
As an Engagement Manager / Key Client Programme Lead, you will be at the forefront of applying psychological insights to solve complex talent challenges. You will oversee the delivery and daily management of client programs, ensuring that psychological assessments and development plans are implemented effectively. You will also be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for building strong relationships, managing expectations, and delivering exceptional service. Your expertise in psychology and talent development will be vital in designing customized solutions that align with clients’ strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and delivery of talent development programs based on psychological principles and assessment data.
- Utilize psychometric assessments to identify leadership potential and development needs.
- Collaborate with clients to develop evidence-based succession plans and talent strategies.
- Manage project deliverables, mitigate risks, and track financial performance to ensure successful program outcomes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and internal teams at Korn Ferry.
- Matrix manage a diverse team, including project managers, coordinators, coaches, and consultants.
Key Qualifications:
- A degree in Psychology, with a strong focus on organizational psychology, talent development, and succession planning.
- Extensive experience in a client-facing role, demonstrating the ability to operate effectively at both pace and scale.
- A proven track record of applying psychological theories and assessments to inform talent development strategies.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a history of successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
- The ability to commute to London at least two days a week and the permanent right to work in the UK (note: sponsorship is not available at this time).
