Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a Digital ASIC Design Manager to join a growing Semiconductor company developing communications technology that is helping to pave the way for AI scaling.

This role will be based out of our client’s Berkshire office, however hybrid working is also an option. The Digital ASIC Design Manager will lead a team of 10-15 digital IC design engineers and be responsible for hiring, mentoring and driving engineering execution for the digital frontend design group. The Digital ASIC Design Manager will work closely with the analog IC design, backend design and verification teams to identify and develop solutions for design flow improvement, and be the technical authority during sign-off.

Skills and experience required:

At least a decade of experience working within Digital IC / ASIC / SoC Design
A strong understanding of the complete IC design flow, from RTL coding through to physical design
Hands-on expertise with Verilog / SystemVerilog
A good understanding of high speed / low power designs
Proven experience working within a technical leadership role
