The Role:
As a Furniture Manager, you will be a crucial player in driving the company's furniture division. Initially covering maternity leave, the role will evolve into a key part of amalgamating the group's wider service offerings. This position is perfect for someone with significant experience in the London furniture market, a solid network of relationships, and a proven track record of delivering commercial furniture projects.
You’ll be working closely with the furniture and project teams to:
Generate leads, secure competitive tenders, and deliver on design pitches.
Build and maintain strong client and supplier relationships.
Develop processes and systems to improve efficiency and support the growth of the furniture division.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and nurture relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Lead on pricing and preconstruction packages, contributing to competitive tenders.
- Collaborate with the project and business development teams to drive sales and deliver on targets.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest furniture trends and research new suppliers.
- Oversee the development and delivery of furniture specifications for clients.
- Contribute to the company’s focus on responsible sourcing and ESG standards.
- Help unify the group’s furniture offering across various offices and projects.
