Reporting directly into the Head of Talent, you will play a crucial role in delivering on key hires whilst. This is a really exciting opportunity to join a business who value adding high quality talent to their teams, community and networks.
What you can expect to be getting up to:
- Finding, and attracting the best technical talent through outreach, communities, networks, channels and suppliers.
- Developing talent pipelines through sourcing, community engagement and referral generation.
- Finding and engaging active/passive candidates through various channels.
- Lead in delivering the best recruitment process and candidate experience.
- Getting deeply embedded in the culture both socially and professionally.
- Partnering with senior stakeholders, helping them to understand the value of good talent and people practices.
- Generating reports to help improve hiring processes.
- Provide the best experience for hiring managers and candidates.
- Work with the talent team specialists
You will be a good fit if you have:
- Previous experience hiring for highly technical engineering and product teams.
- Ideally, you have experience working within a technical environment (e.g. Software Development).
- Evidence of successfully recruiting talent into a start-up with a high-bar.
- Have operated in a scaling environment.
- Open learning mindset and fast learner, with a demonstrated capacity to quickly grasp: new and complex subject matters, new markets, areas, and business initiatives.
