We are looking for a Cluster Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 36 hours per week. We are also recruiting for a Cluster Manager based at Carlisle Castle.

The Role
As a Cluster Manager, you will oversee the operations at Whitby Abbey, Scarborough Castle, Kirkham Priory, and Pickering Castle.
Leading and supporting the management teams, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of these sites.
You will manage the visitor experience, ensuring high standards are met and exceeded while driving revenue through the achievement of financial targets.
Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, you will create a welcoming and safe environment for visitors, staff, and volunteers.
Additionally, you will:
- Lead, coach, and inspire your team to deliver excellent service
- Oversee income generation, including retail and event operations
- Ensure consistent and high standards across the visitor sites
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to promote the sites
- Support the implementation of strategic and operational initiatives
About You
To be considered as a Cluster Manager, you will need:
- Experience managing a visitor operation
- Experience leading a dispersed team in the delivery of consistent standards, with the aim of generating profit
- Excellent communication skills
