Following the successful launch of our first cohort of Youth Worker Degree Apprentices this year, our Premier Pathways Team is expanding, we are offering an exciting opportunity to join us and be part of a journey of continued discovery and growth, supporting learners through our range of groundbreaking apprenticeship programmes.

• Basic salary up to £35,000

The Company

Captiva Learning is a rising star provider of apprenticeships (RoATP) with a recent Ofsted inspection that is Good in all areas.

Captiva is the home to 3 colleges: The National College of Education (NCE), The National Centre for Leadership and Management (NCLM), and Premier Pathways. Collectively, these colleges serve over 2,000 current leadership learners at Level 3, Level 5 and Level 7, and over 1500 alumni.

The Role

In the role of Enrolment Consultant, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to learners and employers. Supporting them through the full enrolment process to join the Youth Worker Degree Apprenticeship.

The Team at Captiva Learning offers its stakeholders an in-depth consultation at all levels, with detail orientated practices at its forefront, you will be developing new and existing relationships daily, forging long-term partnerships through your learner and client engagement.

Apprenticeships are governed by regulations; they are also driven by supporting people to achieve their career and education goals. You will be combing the two to offer opportunity and engagement through your communication practices. This role requires self-directed accountability, and reporting on a weekly basis, data capture and process management.

Experience within education, apprenticeships and/or youth work would all be beneficial, your commitment to outstanding customer service and high-quality engagement with all will be fundamental to your success.
