We are looking for a diligent, discrete administrator to support business functions with their daily administrative tasks.

The Role

The main aim of the role is to support the Directors of the business with email management, purchase and sales ledge, aging debt, diary management and task allocation.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the CEO in the management of their diary and task allocation. Booking meeting rooms, hotels, fights etc where necessary.
Creating templates / adding text to brand / athlete pitches
Finance Admin – raising purchase orders, chasing ageing debt, supporting with invoicing.
Ordering stationery and consumables for the studio

Skills and qualifications

Evidence of previous administrative support is advantageous.
Proficiency of using the Google Suite – Google Calendar, Gmail etc
Attention to detail.
Discretion is key due to the sensitive nature of the information that this individual will have access to.
A driving licence is advantageous
