Job Description
Is familiar with today's technologies used in the workplace (Windows 7/10, Office 365, Teams VPN's, BYOD, OneNote)
Is willing to learn support of bespoke hardware/software used on customer sites
Is familiar with working to SLA's
Is familiar from logging requests/incidents as they come in (ServiceNow)
