Adaptable Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation who are seeking to appoint an experienced Property and Contract Solicitor to join the team on a permanent basis.
Based in Liverpool city centre, you will work a hybrid model.
This opportunity is ideal for a qualified solicitor who is looking for a new challenge.

Job Duties:

Advise clients on the merits of their case, prospects of success and proportionality.
Provide written and verbal advisor to clients on matters of property disputes and contract law.
Interpreting the terms of policies and ensuring that matters fall within the scope of the policy.
Handling a caseload of pre litigated matters, collecting evidence, expert reports and details of losses.
Instructing Counsel when necessary.
Progressing claims in accordance with the CPR and SLAs.

When will interviews be taking place?

Interviews will be happening as soon as possible

Ideal experience

Solicitor or Member or Fellow of CILEx with experience in property and/or contract law.
Excellent working knowledge of relevant case law and legislation.
Ability to progress claims and disputes in a timely manner.
Commercially minded with the ability to see opportunities to optimise commercial relationships and opportunities both for the client and the firm.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
