About the Role:
As Head Chef, you'll lead the kitchen in producing high-quality pastries that meet the exacting standards of esteemed clientele. In this high-volume role, you'll oversee the production of intricate pastries, from classics to seasonal innovations, while ensuring consistency and quality in every piece. Ideal candidates have extensive experience in Michelin or Rosette-star kitchens, a passion for precision and the dedication to turn up and deliver day after day.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the kitchen team in crafting top-tier pastries and desserts.
- Design and develop high-quality, seasonal menu items aligned with client needs.
- Manage inventory, sourcing, and kitchen operations to maintain high standards.
