ISQ Recruitment is partnering with a Norfolk-based leader in the engineering and manufacturing sector to find a skilled SIOP Planner. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring seamless alignment between sales forecasts, production planning, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:- SIOP Process Management: Develop and execute the SIOP process, ensuring alignment across sales, production, and inventory teams.
- Demand Forecasting & Scheduling: Lead SIOP meetings and manage schedules to deliver both bespoke and standard products on time, minimising lead times and costs.
- Collaborative Planning: Work closely with Sales, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to meet customer requirements and optimise resource use.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements in the SIOP process, enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and boosting customer satisfaction.
Ideal Candidate:- Experience: 3+ years in SIOP, production planning, or supply chain management within engineering or manufacturing.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and Excel.
- Attributes: Collaborative communicator, detail-oriented, and confident in challenging assumptions to ensure robust planning.
