Job Purpose:
Carry out Retrofit Coordination to ensure projects are carried out in line with PAS2030&2035 Standards and to undertake site inspections. Review designs, assessments and technical surveys to ensure installations will meet PAS2030 standards and adhere to PAS2035 specifications. Auditing and Quality Control checks to be completed in keeping with CCS policy/installation standards. Reporting directly to PAS Compliance Manager and working with Operational teams to manage volumes and workflows.

Duties:
- Maintains quality standards of the company by quality assurance checks and ensuring a high-quality finish.
- To review and stay up to date with all existing building regulations relevant to the design works
- To review and stay up to date with all existing building regulations relevant to the design works
- To build and develop a robust top class internal design & Coordination service across all engagements and all work streams within CCS.
- To support all department managers & report to PAS Technical Manager.
- To ensure continuous improvement and application of CCS business/quality processes in all aspects of our service.
- To partake in client meetings and briefings, specifically with internal work force and external contractors
- To work with the Retrofit Design and Surveying Managers and PAS Compliance Manager to ensure first class complaint delivery.
- Ensure CPD is kept up to date and relevant regular product training.
- Ensure site Staff are adequately trained and hold correct qualifications
- Ensure Site Management teams are working to PAS guidelines and undertake relevant courses and product training to deliver compliant installations.
- To ensure timely and effective business process via CRM to aid accurate data on jobs and workflow.
- Liaise and work with Retrofit Evaluator for quality control management and lesson learned from unintended consequences.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience and proven track record of at least 2 years at senior management level.
- Proven experience in the management of similar discipline/managers of a technical nature.
- Proven background in social housing programs preferred.
- Relevant degree in construction & built environment.
- Level 5 Retrofit Coordination or workings towards
- Experience of Fabric installation and built environment.
Experience Required:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the built environment.
- Experience of working within the Social Housing sector on installation projects would be an advantage.
- Experience of working with residents and clients directly
- A clean UK driving license and DBS check will be required.
