We are looking to recruit an experienced e-Learning Developer to support our Operations team at Domino’s! As an e-Learning Developer, you’ll play a crucial role in creating engaging and effective digital learning solutions for our team members. You’ll collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to design and develop interactive e-learning content that enhances training experiences.

Success in this role looks like:

At least 2 years’ experience working in an e-learning developer role designing and delivering digital learning content.\n

\n
Proficient in creating clear and detailed storyboards\n
Experienced in testing SCORM output using platforms such as SCORM cloud.\n
Capable of providing a portfolio of digital learning products, including examples of content developed with Storyline and corresponding storyboards\n
Skilled in using authoring tools, particularly Articulate 360 with a focus on Storyline.\n
Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Lightroom.\n
Knowledge on JavaScript is nice to have but not essential\n
