Pay, benefits and more:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £58,000 per annum. In addition, we offer days 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays and the option to purchase additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Responsibility for the day to day administration for the UK defined contribution arrangements inline with agreed processes and timelines, highlighting areas of improvement to the Head of Pensions and leading change projects to improve the service
- Keep up to date with pension legislation and monitor regulatory changes and market developments
- Support the day-to-day administration of our pension accounts, ensuring that they are effectively and efficiently delivered in line with agreed processes and timelines
- Process within the payroll system, joiner, contribution changes, opt in and opt out requests. Resolve missing data queries from the providers
- Reconcile provider accounts to ensure that contributions have been allocated correctly and ensuring correction and opt out refunds are recovered in a timely manner
- Coordinating and attending webinars and on-site roadshows to promote the pension plans including creating the content in collaboration with internal and provider teams
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Strong understanding of current pensions legislation as it applies to Defined Contribution (DC) & Defined Benefits (DB) Schemes
- Strong understanding of Auto-enrolment guidance from the Pensions Regulator
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong PC skills with good knowledge of creating and maintaining spreadsheets – to include pivot tables and data analysis
- Enthusiastic with a “can-do” attitude, able to work under pressure
- Excellent communicator – both written and verbal as you will be liaising with stakeholders at all levels
