Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) - FTC
Location: Aberdeen
Reports To: CEO

Overview:

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) will lead the technology strategy for a marine services company specialising in ship repair, maintenance, and dry-docking.

This role focuses on driving innovation, overseeing IT infrastructure, and spearheading digital transformation to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead digital transformation initiatives, including the adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies.
Oversee IT infrastructure, ensuring security, scalability, and regulatory compliance.
Manage technology projects, ensuring timely delivery and integration.
Build and lead a high-performing technology team, fostering innovation.
Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders to support technological advancements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years in technology leadership, with at least 5 years as a CTO or similar role.
Strong background in IT infrastructure, digital transformation, and cybersecurity.
Experience in the maritime or offshore industry is highly desirable.
