Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturer based in Goole to recruit a Senior Engineering Manager to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic leader to drive operational excellence, shape the engineering strategy, and enhance site performance. Working with a diverse multi-skilled team, the Senior Engineering Manager will focus on developing and implementing operational strategies to improve capabilities and performance.

We are keen to speak with Engineering Managers with the following:

Degree qualified in an Engineering discipline
NEBOSH Certificate
Track record of driving continuous improvement and implementing lean tools.
Proven leader with the ability to performance manage and develop people
Experience of technical and environmental legislation and processes
Proven operational management experience and change management capability

This role would suit someone who is a strong decision maker, and who has successfully driven and influenced engineering teams through ambition and diligence in a manufacturing environment.
