Role Overview: As an Administrator at Illuminet, you will support various teams globally, facilitating efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. This role involves administrative and operational tasks, with opportunities for involvement in improvement initiatives and projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Marketing, Talent, Client Delivery, Service Delivery, Finance, HR, and other teams to streamline operations.
- Assist in social media input, event coordination, candidate management, client communication, contract preparation, financial administration, and HR support.
- Maintain systems, handle logistics, produce reports, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills at all levels.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks with a process-driven approach.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
- Desire for continuous learning and growth.

Salary: £24,000
