The Management Accountant Opportunity:
With 44% year-on-year growth and receiving investment from the UK's largest bank, we are still in our high-growth phase. This year we've already secured several new strategic partnerships with prestigious Higher Education Universities across the UK. We currently have an opportunity to join Hybrid as a Finance Business Partner, where you'll play a pivotal role in the financial control, insights and strategic guidance.
We are looking for an ambitious Management Accountant with the ability to articulate finance to non-finance stakeholders. You'll be leading the internal relationships and be responsible for the financial management of our global strategic clients. You will work with our dedicated teams to report on the delivery of world class campaigns across paid media (PPC, paid social, display, programmatic).
The Management Accountant day-to-day:
- Deliver accurate financial reporting for our Strategic Partnership clients including Media Spend, Deliverables, third party costs and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with Account Management to review delivery against budget
- Preparation of Sales invoices for Partnership clients
- Review and management of client media plans
- Collaboration with the wider finance team to improve team processes and drive efficiencies.
- Inspire, motivate and develop team members to deliver quality campaigns that excite our clients.
You should have:
- Part Qualified/ Newly Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Strong financial acumen and attention to details
- Proficient Excel abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with all departments and have the confidence to challenge and probe.
- Enthusiasm to be part of a growing company in a rapidly changing digital media market.
- Initiative to identify financial opportunities and to champion process improvements across Hybrid.
