Client Manager – FinTech (London)
Miryco Consultants are hiring on behalf of a leading RegTech firm specializing in regulation, risk and compliance. The firm offers innovative solutions that empower businesses to navigate complex financial regulations with ease.
Role Overview:
The team are seeking an experienced Client Manager with 4-6 years in client implementation to drive client satisfaction and success. You will manage the onboarding of clients, relationships, support business development, and collaborate with an accomplished senior leadership team, including Product Manager, Head of Product and Directors, to lead on client engagements and support a team of Business Analysts and Product Analysts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Implementation: Oversee the onboarding of clients, understand their needs and requirements and ensure that client relationships begin in a positive manner.
- Data Analytics: Oversee a team of Data Analysts to ensure raw datasets are ready for onboarding.
- Product Development: Analyse how products can be better tailored towards clients, working alongside experienced Product Managers and Head of Product.
- Team Leadership: Assist and help manage BAU delivery. Support and guide a team of Data Analysts to succeed.
- Business Development: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts in an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment.
- Strategic Input: Provide feedback to enhance product offerings based on client interactions, collaborating with Client Success, Data Analytics, and Development/Engineering teams.
Qualifications:
- Essential Experience: 4-6 years in client implementation and onboarding, with a preference for FinTech or Financial Services backgrounds.
- Desirable subject matter expertise: Financial Services Regulation/Compliance/Risk, Data Analytics, Software as a Service (SaaS platforms).
- Required Skills: Strong relationship management and business development capabilities.
- Leadership: Experience in leading or supporting junior and mid-level Analysts.
- Communication: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong team player: With good communicative abilities.

Location: London
Salary - £60,000 - £70,000 + discretionary bonus
