Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We're seeking Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our team and support our Growth Directors in generating leads, booking meetings, and driving outreach efforts.
As an SDR, you’ll focus on cold-calling, prospecting, and creating opportunities for our business. You'll work alongside a team of five Growth Directors, helping to build a robust sales pipeline. This role is ideal for those eager to learn, develop their skills, and progress within the sales function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold-calls and outreach to potential clients, generating leads and setting up meetings.
- Collaborate with Growth Directors to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Research target markets and identify key decision-makers to engage.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Organisational skills with a keen attention to detail for managing outreach and follow-ups.
Growth Potential:
Starting as an SDR, you’ll have the chance to move into a Business Development Representative (BDR) role and, with time and success, transition to a Client Director position.
