GTC Recruitment is a start-up recruitment agency, focusing on the technology and engineering sector. You will be joining a supportive, dedicated team and helping to build a desk within your specialist area.
You will be based from the Wolverhampton (city centre) office, which boasts a modern, newly renovated space.
You will:
· Proactively source new business opportunities and generate leads
· Work towards weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs
· Attract and place candidates into appropriate vacancies, offering advice and coaching from application to start date and beyond to ensure successful, lasting placements
· Ensure all activity is logged on CRM
· Negotiate fees and terms with both clients and candidates
· Provide exceptional service and be an advocate for the business
· Have the opportunity to hire and manage a small team
Ideally, you will already have at least 12 months experience working as a Recruitment Consultant and experience of generating new business. Due to the start-up nature of our business, this really is an exciting opportunity for you to create your own desk with limited restrictions.
