Role Overview:
As a Bids Manager, responsibilities include:
- Developing a deep knowledge of the organization's sector offering, clients, service lines, and initiatives.
- Managing bid requirements, leading the bid "go/no-go" process, and identifying key stakeholders.
- Creating and implementing a structured best practice end-to-end bid process.
- Collaborating with partners and subject matter experts to develop winning strategies.
- Writing compelling bid copy aligned with the organization's tone of voice guidelines.
- Project managing bids from opportunity assessment to submission and post-submission feedback.
- Working with Commercial Business Partners to inform and develop pricing strategy.
- Producing tender analysis and maintaining the content management system.
- Coaching bid teams for client presentations and managing continuous process improvements.
