Our client list includes house-name brands such as Jeep, Bennetton and Delsey alongside founder-driven E-commerce first powerhouses. We spend millions on monthly advertising across all our clients across multiple countries.
Job Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Ideation
- Develop and pitch unique ad concepts, angles, and copy for various ad formats (static, video, carousel, stories).
- Collaborate with growth strategists and post-production teams to execute creative ideas.
Research & Consumer Insights
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities for creative development.
- Deeply understand the target audience’s demographics, pain points, and psychology.
- Analyse competitor ads and gather insights to inform creative strategies.
Ad Performance & Optimization
- Analyse ad performance data in collaboration with Growth Strategists and adjust creative strategies based on insights straight from the ad account.
- Contribute to Performance Reporting and share creative insights during client calls.
Project Management
- Coordinate the creation of raw assets with content creators and the studio team, ensuring high-quality output aligned with briefs.
- Ensuring all teams have sufficient briefs and assets to meet targets.
- Provide feedback to Content Creators, Studio and Post-production teams to improve asset quality.
Collaboration & Teamwork
- Work cross-functionally with our Creative, Growth and CRO teams to ensure alignment with client goals and targets.
- Share creative inspiration and performance insights with other strategists to enhance overall team output.
Job Requirement
- Proven Success: 2+ years in digital advertising or content marketing with a track record of driving results.
- Creative Genius: A knack for producing content that stands out and drives conversions.

What We Offer: Compensation
- Base Salary of £25,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)
- Bonus of up to 75% of your Base Salary (maximum of £61,250)
