The Role:

As the Assistant Product Manager, you'll take ownership of distinct product ranges from concept through to retail launch. You’ll be involved in product research, design, supplier negotiations and working with licensors to ensure the products are both innovative and commercially successful. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience with every stage of the product development cycle in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You’ll also monitor trends in the personal care industry and bring fresh ideas that drive the development of new products.

Research, design, and develop new personal care product ranges, collaborating with licensors and suppliers
Manage products from concept to retail launch, ensuring they meet brand standards and margin requirements
Source and select suppliers, maintaining high standards of quality and cost-effectiveness
Keep up with industry trends and competitors to inspire new product development
Attend trade shows, sourcing trips, and factory visits as needed
Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail in all product development processes

You:

Open to recent graduates or junior professionals
A passion for personal care products and a creative mindset, demonstrated through your education or work experience
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Commercially minded with an entrepreneurial approach
Strong communication and negotiation skills
A collaborative team player who can also work independently
Full, clean UK driving licence
