Activities to be carried out as part of the service:
The service consists of monitoring our main equipment supplier Handovers on the scope of the cable trays supports in interface with the IEG scope (Generic Electrical Installation), layout, support calculation and earthing network teams.
The engineering service main mission is to ensure:
− Management and follow up of contract Open Points, Design Changes, interfaces with installation teams in coordination with the Contract Engineering Lead and Technical Lead on the cable trays scope
− Application of essential engineering/installation codes and rules of cable trays and supports according to material, cable tray systems, resistance to flame propagation, electrical characteristics, dimensions, voltage level (HV/LV), installation etc.
− Technical clarification and resolution of supplier, client and site technical queries
− Organise reviews of supplier, client Responsible Designer technical documents
Required Technical skills:
− Knowledge of the RCC-E electrical technical regulations and the technical reference system (NFC15-100 / NF C 13-200 / BS7671 / IEC 60909)
− Knowledge of the nuclear field via educational curriculum or professional experience
− Knowledge of the quality processes involved in industrial projects in the energy field
− Technical documents reviews
− Knowledge of codes and rules of cable trays and supports
