Role Overview:
We are in search of an Executive Chef with a strong background in French/Mediterranean & Pan Asian cuisine, someone that can cook with finesse to the highest standards catering for guests, VIPs, billionaires, and celebrities. Ideally the chef MUST have 2* or 3* Michelin star experience, and high volume background like 5-star hotels. This is a role that requires multi- site experience, overseeing 3 other establishments, whilst also be able to set up new opening projects for the company; therefore operational skills are very important.
Key Responsibilities:
- Innovative Menu Development: Create and design outstanding dishes of the highest quality.
- Kitchen Leadership: Manage and inspire the kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, with opportunities to introduce new ones.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Group Executive Chef.
- Over 5 years of experience in Mediterranean and European cuisine, and a bit of Asian.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring junior chefs.
- Management and operational skills with multi-site experience
- Understanding of Himalayan dry age fridge, healthy food with high end cooking techniques.
- Great personality and leadership
Offered Benefits:
- Salary of $200,000 to £250,000 per annum
- Full relocation package with accommodation subsidy.
