The role
We are hiring a sales motivated consultant to join our team!
As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will generate and nurture new business leads and proactively sell HotSpring World’s spa and accessory products to consumers daily, both digitally and in person. You will have a direct impact on our business as it relates to the sales of our leading spa and aquatic fitness products such as Hot Spring® Spas, and Endless Pools®.
Location
You will be based in our Cambridge location. You will also visit customer homes to check their access is suitable prior to installation.
About you
Are you an exceptional retail salesperson looking for a new challenge?
Do you have strong customer focus? You will take ownership of the customer experience in all steps of the sales process.
Are you goal driven? As a Retail Sales Consultant on our team, you will need to be self-starter and make sure our monthly goals/KPIs are met for all product categories.
Are you familiar with CRM programs? You will use Salesforce to deliver best in class lead conversions and execute ongoing marketing requirements for showroom or events?
Are you solutions-minded? You will maintain the showroom products and appearance, support company guidelines and ensure the showroom is safe, maintaining daily administrative duties, including end of day reporting, inventory monitoring, proper completion of all retail processes. Attend and participate in company trainings to reinforce product knowledge and apply learnings (can require overnight travel).
Person specification
2-3 years of sales experience in a customer centric retail sales position.
Proven track record in delivering a solid sales performance.
Accustomed to a commission-based role.
Familiar with business resources such as SharePoint, CRM, Teams, Access/Extranet.
Salesforce experience is a plus.
Demonstrates collaborative behaviours by demonstrating emotional intelligence, teamwork, peer coaching and active listening.
The sales consultant must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record and be able to drive a car. This role requires travel time to customer’s homes for site surveys and customer service calls.

- Basic salary from £24-30K (depending on experience) plus uncapped commission. Realistic OTE of £50-70K with no cap.

Hours
Full time on a rota basis. You will work 5 days a week including weekends, after all, the weekend is when our customers want our time and when they are looking to buy a hot tub.
