In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind major planning and highways matters, working closely with our Planning and Highways departments on exciting, large-scale developments. You'll provide vital legal advice to planning committees and lead a small but dedicated legal team.

The role
- Lead a team of six, conduct 1:2:1s and support with queries
- Manage your own caseload of planning and highways work
- Play a central role in high-profile planning and highways projects
- Attend planning committee meetings
What you’ll bring
- Qualified Solicitor with experience of planning and highways law
- A proactive, adaptable approach to managing projects and people
- Management experience or a keen interest in developing these skills
- Excellent communication skills and confidence managing a varied caseload
Package
- Salary of up to £72,992 per annum
- 32 days annual leave plus bank holidays
