What your day to day will look like...
• Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn, job boards and networking.
• Understanding your clients specific needs and resourcing candidates aligned with their requirements.
• Establishing and developing strong relationships with candidates and clients to expand your network and talent pool.
• Gaining in-depth knowledge of your sector to become a specialist recruiter in your market
• Managing and achieving your targets.
• Conducting virtual and in-person client meetings and candidate interviews.
