As a Marketing Executive, no two days are the same! We'll need your creativity to create engaging content that will help us to grow and connect with our huge, diverse audience across social media channels and direct marketing campaigns. You'll liaise with our sales and recruitment teams across the UK, delivering a lead generation service and optimising conversion rates.
The role in a nutshell:
· Support the execution of our inbound marketing strategy using marketing automation.
· Work closely with recruitment teams and distribute leads accordingly.
· Support in the creation of email campaigns.
· Involvement in content creation including liaising with internal stakeholders for ideas, managing suppliers and writing copy. Content will include quarterly reports, blog posts, videos, how-to guides, news, and reports both on and offline.
· Website maintenance and reporting.
· SEO support such as keywords research, PPC campaigns and on-going monitoring.
· Update a range of social media channels
· Database support including segmentation, updating contacts and list building.
· Support with the planning and execution of in person events.
· Be an internal ambassador for marketing.
We're looking for someone who has around 1-2 years experience creating campaigns, content creation including copywriting, understands Marketing Automation (previous experience of Pardot or HubSpot is desirable) and a working knowledge of Google Analytics and WordPress.
Moreover, we're looking for a confident, enthusiastic addition to our growing Marketing team who can be a real ambassador of the BMS Performance brand and add value to our audience outreach.
