Salaried Partner - Family / Matrimonial Law - Up to £110,000 salary

The family law team handles all facets of family law, from divorce, separation, and civil partnership dissolution to complex financial settlements, jurisdictional challenges, enforcement actions, and pre-and post-nuptial agreements. The firm regularly represents high-net-worth individuals, including top executives, investment bankers, athletes, and entertainers.
Key Responsibilities
- Take the lead on marketing and business development strategies, with a focus on attracting new clients and expanding the firm’s reach
- Advise on pre-and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes, and other related matters
- Handle complex private children cases, ideally with an international element
- Maintain the firm’s Lexcel accreditation and uphold its exceptional professional standards
- Meet time recording and billing targets while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction
- Build a strong personal profile and actively promote the team through networking, online presence, and direct client engagement
