Are you a strategic leader passionate about driving quality, safety, and compliance in a global organisation? a leader in Automotive vehicle safety systems, is looking for an experienced Group Quality Manager to lead our quality, and compliance across our global operations.
As Group Quality Manager, you will oversee the Quality Department and manage our ISO-certified Business Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001). You will ensure product compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous process improvement across the group. This role involves leading audits, managing quality teams worldwide, and collaborating with key stakeholders to uphold our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead ISO 9001 compliance and other management systems.
• Oversee product compliance and customer quality assurance.
• Manage audits, continuous improvement, and global quality teams.
• Resolve customer complaints and support supplier approvals.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on quality strategies.
Requirements:
• Extensive industry experience in managing ISO 9001 in B2B/B2C environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 27001.
• 5+ years’ experience in automotive quality management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
