We're seeking someone who:
Has 3-4 years of experience in a Geotechnical Engineer or similar role.
Is proactive and self-motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Can work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a passion for learning and staying updated on industry trends.
Your Daily Excavation
Engaging in a mix of on-site ground investigation logging, structural investigation supervision, and office-based geotechnical and geo-structural analysis work.
Developing ground models and determine geotechnical parameters.
Designing various geotechnical structures, including piles, foundations, retaining walls, ground anchors, soil nails, and reinforced soil slopes and walls.
Conducting ground movement assessments and settlement analysis.
Collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients to deliver successful projects.
What You’ll Rock At
Possess a good understanding of soil mechanics and soil/structure interaction.
Previous experience with, or willingness to learn, software tools such as Oasys PDisp, Adsec, ADC, Rocscience Slide, WALLAP, AutoCAD, and Excel. Familiarity with Plaxis 3D or other FE software is desirable.
Have a solid knowledge base of Eurocodes, British Standards, and relevant CIRIA guides.
Thorough understanding of ground investigation techniques and experience in specifying geotechnical testing (in-situ and laboratory) while accurately interpreting results.
Proficiency in geological ground investigation logging across various geological conditions, including soils and rocks.
