What you’ll be doing:

Leading successful tenders, balancing risk and reward
Negotiating customer contracts and collaborating with Procurement on key terms
Liaising with Legal to establish NDAs, MOUs, and Joint Ventures where applicable

What we want from you:

Experience with NEC3/4 contracts, particularly the ECC
Familiarity with Government customers and Public Contract Regulations (PCRs)
Strong pre-contract experience, leading bids from a commercial perspective
Ability to achieve and maintain security clearance
