They are looking for a passionate individual to use social media and create engaging content that raises Allergy UK's profile, increases awareness of allergic diseases, and highlights their commitment to improving lives.

Title: Social and Communications Officer
Salary: £29,500 - £30,500

As a key member of the Communications Team, you will have the passion, drive and understanding to use the power of social media to raise Allergy UK's profile and to create fresh, engaging content and strong stories to highlight their cause to create a better understanding and awareness of allergic disease across a number of audiences.
You will work with the Communications/PR Manager and Comms team to gather stories and content that will increase awareness of Allergy UK to drive our influence and highlight their commitment to improving the lives of people living with allergic disease.
The ideal candidate will:
- Be able to write strong copy and create engaging digital content
- Understand how to use a wide range of digital comms channels and how these can be used to positively influence engagement
- Have an understanding of marketing to different demographics
