Title: Senior Sales Executive
Location: Laughton, Essex - On-site
Salary: £35,000 + bonus (OTE £43k)

About The Role:
Amplus Talent are on the lookout for an ambitious Sales Team Lead to help grow a scaling sales function, and play a pivotal role in delivering a highly effective, award-winning, multi-channel service.

The role will report to the Head of Operations and will involve working closely with the Finance, Service Delivery and Customer Care teams.
Your key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with and qualifying domestic and commercial customer leads, with the aim of converting enquiries into orders.
- Ensuring that team inbound and outbound call stats are in line with company targets.
- Taking responsibility for escalated queries for team members and ensuring that workload is distributed effectively throughout the team.
- Leading by example by setting a consistent team standard for performance.
- Delivering a professional customer experience through all interactions, by listening to customer requirements and tailoring communication style effectively.
- Ensuring that all leads are contacted and qualified, providing quotations to customers within the designated service level agreements.
- Overseeing and reporting on the quality and compliance of the sales team and their orders to supercharge the customer journey.
- Assisting with the onboarding process of new team members and directing and coaching individuals to succeed in their sales roles
About You:
- Sales-focused and thrives in a target-driven environment, preferable experience within the waste/construction equipment/materials industry.
- Minimum experience of one year in sales team leadership.
- Highly capable of managing different workloads, organising daily structures and comfortable delegating tasks.
- A strong and confident communicator when prospecting, that possesses great interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Tech-savvy, and comfortable working with a CRM platform and different software tools.
- Team player who fits right into the culture and lives by the company values.
- Demonstrable skills in de-escalation, problem solving and time management.
- A self-starter with an ability to use initiative in certain situations, possessing a can-do attitude.
