My Client specialises in the design, installation, and maintenance of data centre projects UK Wide.
They are looking for a Pre-construction Manager to join their team to assist in the development and delivery of pre-construction activities within the specialist field of mechanical and electrical installations for data centres. Ensuring that high standard of the technical aspects are met before handing over to the construction team.
The ideal candidate will:
- Have strong M/E Experience
- Have a background working within the pre-construction sector - tendering projects
- Have 3-4 years experience within critical environment projects
- Skills : Planning and Organising, Working with people and communication
