Role – Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician
Location- Wide portfolio- York, Wakefield, Barnsley, Darlington to Cheshire and potentially North Wales (Company van and mileage covered)
Salary- £36k-£38k + company van + up to 10% performance bonus
Your role as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician:
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a pub company who has grown rapidly over the past 12 months, with huge growth plans for the coming years.
You will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance in pubs is compliant covering all trades from basic plastering, basic plumbing, carpentry and general maintenance,
You will be provided with work schedules and manage your own diary to ensure H&S and maintenance compliance across the properties.
Your duties and responsibilities as a Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician:
- Completing all Multi Skilled maintenance of sites including basic plastering, carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating.
- Basic electrical work
- Represent the company with excellent customer service
To be successful in your role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Multi-Skilled technician/maintenance background.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar maintenance role.
- Hospitality industry experience desirable but not essential.
- Determination to keep our restaurants operating as effectively and efficiently as possible.
- Ability to prioritise your workload in an organised and agile manner.
- IT Literate – Able to use Excel and other bespoke software packages.
- Full clean driving license and willingness to travel to all the stores in the region as required.
