Leadenhall Search & Selection are currently recruiting a Client Sales Senior Manager position on behalf of our client, a Corporate Wellness Platform. This is a fantastic and rare opportunity to work for a global firm who partner with many of the largest brands to enhance employee wellbeing. Currently the company is Series E with a £2.2 Billion valuation and is set to grow 40% this year. This role will be hybrid, with 2 days in their London office.
The role:
You will be responsible for building the client book, with a focus on Mid-market and Enterprise opportunities. You will also develop and nurture relationships with decision-makers and help to address their specific challenges.
The person:
Must have demonstrable New Business/ hunting experience.
Must have at least 5 years' experience in selling to bigger companies. Overall total experience will be in range of 5-8 years.
Must have SaaS experience.
Must be trained in either MEDDICC, MEDDPICC etc.
Must have B2B experience.
Must have managed a portfolio of 50+ accounts.
In terms of character, our client is looking for someone who is hungry, smart, persuasive and analytical.
